Add you may only have up to 6 ab cards and 4 gate cards and your Gaurdian can only be up to 400 Gs your percival can be 400Gs to but can't go higher than that.You can also use created cards approved in the bakugan and abaility card submition.

Guardain: is hades and Gus page says 600 so that is right
Other: you can add another bakugan, abs and gates are fine.

Since he is makeing a made up character then his bakugan can't be more than 400Gs. Also he has to choose 6 ability cards from his ability cards that he listed.
